our promise
In order to guarantee a transparent evaluation and fair test criteria for both companies and consumers, we have introduced the TSO procedure.
There are many self-created seals online, which are often not credible and are sometimes even awarded by retailers themselves in order to gain a competitive advantage. However, this violates German law.
Our tests are carried out according to a fixed and always the same process to ensure that no advantages or disadvantages can arise on the part of the companies.

The following aspects are taken into account in our assessment:

Evaluation of public reviews and customer opinions
Not only do we want to share our own opinion about a product, we also want to know what consumers think about it so far. Therefore, we also take into account the opinions of existing customers in our evaluation.
The influence of this factor increases with the number of reviews
marking, after-sales service, packaging
In addition to the characteristics of the product, there are many other factors that are important to the consumer. This includes, for example, the availability of German-language instructions for use or reliable contact with the manufacturer or seller, for example through an easily accessible customer service via e-mail or telephone.


price and performance
How does the product compare to other, comparable products? What services, such as functions, materials or quality standards does it offer and at what price?

We evaluate each product through a 4-phase testing process. The evaluation will be based on objective criteria and is independent of financial influences on the part of the manufacturer or seller.
Transparency is important to us, so we present the evaluated criteria and the achievable points here:
Product test result: up to 120 points (from 101 points: very good)
Customer reviews: up to 50 points
(1 star equals 10 points, 5 stars equals 50 points, 4.5 stars equals 45 points)
General information: up to 10 points
State of origin indicated: 2 points
Contact details of the manufacturer/seller in the scope of the product: 2 points
Contact options by phone or email: 6 points
Product description, instructions and packaging in German: 5 points
Product check: up to 90 points (if there are no customer reviews) or up to 50 points (if there are reviews)
Value for money: up to 50 points
Other: up to 25 points
Packaging in perfect condition
Product well packaged
High quality packaging deductions up to 5 points.
Packaging that can be reused and has utility value up to 5 points
